What we build
Small jobs welcome. Nothing gets subcontracted, nothing gets upsold, and every board is set by me.
Custom cedar, pressure-treated, and composite decks built with proper footings, solid framing, and clean finish details.
Covered front and back porches with framed roofs, columns, and beadboard ceilings that match your house instead of fighting it.
Stairs, landings and platforms laid out with even risers, solid stringers and footings set below frost line.
Rotted boards, loose rails, and worn stairs repaired or replaced with code-compliant hardware.

How it works
From the first phone call to the final sweep-up, you always know what happens next.
I come to your house, talk through how you want to use the space, take measurements, and check access and grade myself.
You get a line-item quote with materials, framing details, permit costs, and a real start window. If the build needs stamped plans, my brother handles the drawings.
One job at a time, me and a helper when it needs one. Progress photos and notes land in your portal until the final walkthrough.

Why hire me
I am starting out with smaller decks, porches, railings and repairs. Here is what stands behind the work while the review list grows.
I worked under a custom home builder and learned framing, layout, and finish work on houses where the details were checked twice.
He ran a large construction company. We built a full house together, footings through trim, so I know what happens under the surface.
My brother is an architect with over 20 years in it and can stamp drawings, so permit-ready plans are never a problem.
My rates are lower than the big outfits because I am young and building a reputation, not because I skip steps or use cheap material.
Customer reviews go up here as jobs wrap. I would rather show none than make them up.
Service area
Based in LaGrange and working nearby on purpose. Less drive time means more reliable job schedules.
Outside the circle? Call anyway. Larger builds may still be a fit.
About the owner
I run this myself. On most jobs it is me, and on bigger ones it is me plus a helper or two. Nobody gets handed off to a crew you never met.
My prices are lower than the big outfits because I am young and still building my name. That is the only reason. The framing, the fasteners, and the finish details are done the way I was taught, and I would rather lose a job than rush one.
I grew up in it. My father ran a large construction company, and I built full houses with him from footings to trim. My brother is an architect with over 20 years in it and can stamp drawings when a project needs them. I also worked under a custom home builder, which is where I learned how much the details matter.
Right now I am taking on decks, porches, railings, and repairs, and working my way up to larger builds. If your project is small, that is fine. Small jobs are how I earn the big ones.
